● 200mW high performance bi-directional frequency up/down converter that converts 2.4 GHz wireless equipment to the less crowded 5.8 GHz frequency band. Its rugged weatherproof design allows outdoor installation using the included mounting kit. The converter's remote-mounted design maximizes operating range by delivering full transmit power and low-noise receive gain directly at the antenna where it is most effective. This converter is compatible with 2.4 GHz radio devices including IEEE 802.11b/g and most half-duplex Spread Spectrum data radios. Included is a DC Power Injector which provides power to the unit through the antenna cable, 12V power supply and mounting hardware. ►Lead time 1 week |

● Output power never exceed 800 mW, so, to meet FCC Rules, calculate EIRP considering this parameter. ● Example (unreal cable losses) : Cable Losses=-10 dB(20m of LMR200) connector losses=-1.5 dB, AP output=17 dBm. Pin= 17-1.5-10=5.5 dBm. Therefore, Pout = 5.5dBm +17dB = 22.5dBm or 180 mW. |
